Boogs Software was born and founded by Mr. Jayree Chua. With its conviction to serve people by providing innovative entertaining products through games, in return, be loved by the people. To achieve these goals, Boogs believed it must continually improve its knowledge in various technologies to deliver innovative solutions and listens to what the people needs.

Venturing into online games. Boogs started its core business by developing online games, titles range in various categories such as arcade, action, puzzle, sports, word, and board games. Boogs has developed more than 30 titles and offered it to companies. The greatest challenge we have encountered in that year was to develop a game that will help Amspec promote its core product without people noticing it and at same time enjoy playing it. Amspec is the biggest manufacturing company of arts and writing materials. They are responsible in producing and distributing crayons, pencils and pens. Their well-known brands are Crayola and Mongol these are widely used by the young and the old for crafting. In this project, they want to target youngsters who have little knowledge in computer. Hence, the application must be user-friendly, very interactive, and fun filled game. We have successfully implemented a coloring book where kids can choose from amspec's different crafting materials for their artworks and at the same timeprint their works online. Their website traffic tripled from the time they launched their game in their website.

Shifting to mobile games. After implementing the project with Amspec, Boogs shifted its core business into mobile phones. Whereas, developing games for mobile phones, games that will support the most widely used handset, Nokia. Ina span of 8 months we have completed 8 mobile games and most of it came from our original titles from our web games. They are Tutti Frutti, Codebreaker, Crazy Pipes, Greed, Hall of Gems, Pop Quiz, Kaboom, and Slinger these games are playable in any Nokia MMS capable devices. Upon launching this product, Boogs believed that with the advanced technology today, we could create a new avenue in distributing mobile applications to the public without coursing through the mobile operators. We took this as a challenge, in a month's time; we came up with the prepaid card concept where people can download games through Internet or GPRS and we would be able to collect payments from the players. After implementing this system, we are proud to produce the most secured system in the world where mobile game developers need not worry about their games to be pirated. We launched our games and the secured system and the biggest application provider in the Philippines, Pinoy Central, quickly recognized our games. With our 8 quality games in the market, both of the companies signed an exclusive right to distribute in the Philippines and bought its licenses of 8 Boogs mobile games. With the astonishing result, Pinoy Central asked us to develop their most popular TV game show into mobile phone, Game ka na ba?. Again, we have proven ourselves in delivering quality of service for our business clients and for the people.

Numerous mobile phone theft incidents arose and some victims of which have ended their lives. As our poverty level is climbing more and more people are becoming more desperate, thieves see that reselling stolen mobile phones as an avenue for them to get money. Once more, Boogs has offered another solution to the public it's called Bulldog; one of the core products of Boogs Software was born. This product is designed not to reduce crime rate but to reduce fatalities. Bulldog is a security application for mobile phones as it safeguards the data in it. When Bulldog version 1 was launched, it was quickly recognized by the media as a solution that will help our nation in reducing mobile phone theft. It was published in various mediums, popular newspapers like Inquirer, Today, Computer Business World; internet newspaper INQ7.net; televised in Saksi and 24 Oras the top 2 programs of the biggest TV network in the Philippines, GMA. Furthermore, the National Telecommunication Center (NTC) also recognized it. Bulldog is maturing in terms of functionalities, in the version 2.2 it has an amazing feature that Bulldog users can simply back up and restore their mobile data remotely with just a click of a button. It was called Fetch. Another amazing feature in Bulldog 2.2 is the On-Guard, this feature is a perfect tool to combat against spammer and it can filter out unwanted calls and/or SMS. These two new features are the main upgrades for Bulldog 2.2.

Another core product of Boogs Software is the Mobile Order Fulfillment (MOF). MOF is a consortium project by Boogs Software and Nucleuss Software. Nucleuss Software is a company that specializes in developing enterprise solutions, they are best known for their innovative automation approach. With combined technologies, Boogs and Nucluess successfully crafted an astonishing application that is perfectly suited for the food & beverages industry, the MOF. MOF gives a mobile phone user the privilege to order anytime anywhere through their mobile phone. With MOF in place and millions of mobile phone subscribers, food & beverages industries will surely boost their sales in no time.
